• With 3 years' experience or more as Sales Support in freight forwarding (A&O).
• Computer literate.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines.
• Good team player.
• Possess a positive customer-oriented mind set.

Responsibilities

• Check Tariff or coordinate with local pricing and overseas offices to obtain rates.
• Prepare quotations based on sales instructions and submit to customers.
• Follow up on quotations with customers or sales teams and manage tickets.
• Provide pricing feedback to pricing/procurement teams.
• Prepare Job Instruction Form/Customer SOP and cost summary for handover.
• Assist sales or coordinate with operations to update customers' reports.
• Handle escalations on invoice differences and on commercial items in the quotation.
• Use ticketing systems and tariff/rate tools.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.

What You Can Expect :

What you'll be doing

• Check Tariff or/and coordinate with Local pricing/procurement/Overseas offices/agents to obtain relevant rates;
• Preparation of quotations based on the instructions given by the sales and timely submission to sales/ customers;
• Follow up on quotation with Customer (existing Customer) or Sales (new Customer) to get indication or feedback, and working in Ticketing System;
• Provide the pricing/ procurement team with a detailed feedback from customers;
• Prepare Job Instruction Form/ Customer SOP and cost summary, and handover to operations;
• Assist Sales or coordinate with Operation staff to update customers' reports if required;
• Handle escalation from Operations for differences on actual overseas invoices vs cost summary;
• Handle escalation from Operations on Commercial items covered on the Quotation;
• Use of software solutions such as Ticketing System as well as Tariff / Rate Tools;
• Ad hoc task assigned
