Job summary

Cepat Kredit Financing Inc. in Pasig seeks an experienced Branch Operations Manager to lead a team of sales associates and drive targets.

You will oversee daily operations, monitor performance, and ensure quality service through strong client and staff engagement. Training in Ortigas, Pasig is required.

The role requires four years in branch operations with managerial experience and marketing/product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management, Sales or Marketing or other related course is a plus.
• At least four (4) years of work-related experience in branch operations in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Work experience in a lending/financing company is an advantage but not required.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), decision-making, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, and networking skills.
• Willing to undergo two weeks of training in Ortigas, Pasig.

Responsibilities

• Handle client complaints or concerns escalated by staff, ensuring timely resolution.
