Job summary

NEW PANAY AGRI-VENTURES DEVELOPMENT, INC. is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager in Negros Occidental to lead planning, execution, and optimization of sales programs.

You will oversee expansion opportunities, monitor competitors, and drive performance through motivated teams. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with at least five years in Sales or Marketing, plus a valid driving license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder.
• With at least five (5) years of work experience in the field of Sales or Marketing.
• With Driving License (DL Codes: B, B1, or B2).

I. Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Plans, recommends, and oversee the implementation of Sales and Marketing Plans and Programs.

2. Reviews, develops, and recommends area for expansion.

3. Monitors competitors' activities such as pricing, discounting, and advertising.

4. Monitors and evaluates subordinates' performance.

5. Designs and recommends motivational programs for subordinates.

6. Ensures proper implementation of systems, policies, and procedures to his/her subordinates.
