RVD GROUP is seeking a Sales Staff (Clothing Line) in Makati City, Metro Manila. You will be the face of our brand, delivering friendly service while driving sales within our clothing line.

This full-time role requires energy, product knowledge, and a keen eye for visual merchandising to create a welcoming store environment. You will greet customers, explain fabrics and sizing, process transactions, and help customers find items that fit their needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in retail or customer service, preferably in clothing/fashion retail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with diverse customers.

About the role
We are seeking a Sales Staff (Clothing Line) to join our dynamic retail team at RVD GROUP. This is a full-time position based in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a Sales Staff member, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service whilst driving sales within our clothing line. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming shopping environment and ensuring customers have a memorable experience with our products. This position is essential to achieving our retail sales targets and building lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, personalised service to ensure a positive shopping experience

• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge regarding our clothing line, including materials, sizing, care instructions and styling recommendations

• Assist customers in finding appropriate clothing items that meet their needs and preferences

• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash, card and digital payments responsibly

• Maintain visual merchandising standards by keeping displays neat, organised and attractive to customers

• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management, restocking shelves and reporting low inventory to management

• Provide information about current promotions, discounts and loyalty programmes to customers

• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction

• Maintain a clean and hygienic store environment in accordance with company standards

• Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques and customer engagement

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification as a minimum requirement

• Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably within a clothing or fashion retail environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with diverse customers

• Excellent sales abilities with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Product knowledge of clothing items, including fit, quality and fashion trends

• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer literacy

• Mathematical aptitude for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts accurately

• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise as required

• Reliability and punctuality with the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays

• Positive attitude with a passion for fashion and a genuine desire to help customers

• Neat personal appearance and the ability to represent the brand professionally
