As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital part in creating a positive shopping experience whilst meeting sales targets and maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction. What you'll be doing

• Providing excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and attending to customer queries and requests in a friendly and professional manner

• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system

• Recommending products to customers based on their needs and preferences to maximize sales opportunities

• Maintaining a clean, well-organized, and visually appealing sales floor and product displays

• Restocking shelves and ensuring adequate product availability and correct pricing

• Handling cash, card payments, and other payment methods with accuracy and integrity

• Following company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines
