Job summary

A sales recruitment agency in Quezon City is looking for motivated individuals to sell air conditioning appliances. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, retail sales experience, and strong communication skills. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. • Preferably with exp. in selling appliances

• Education and Qualifications:
• At least a High School Graduate (Vocational or College-level preferred)
• Background in Sales, Marketing, or HVAC systems is an advantage

2. Work Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or direct sales (preferably appliances or air conditioning units)
• Experience in handling customer inquiries and closing sales

3. Skills and Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic technical knowledge of air conditioning systems (e.g. types of units, BTU, energy efficiency)
• Persuasive selling and negotiation skills
• Ability to explain product features, warranty, and installation processes
• Familiarity with inventory and point-of-sale (POS) systems is an advantage

4. Physical and Availability Requirements:

• Willing to be assigned in malls, showrooms, or fieldwork
• Must be physically fit to stand for long hours and move/display units if needed
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays (with shifting schedules)

5. Personality Traits:

6. Others:

• Can start immediately is a plus
• Preferably with knowledge in proper documentation (e.g. delivery receipts, sales invoices, service forms)
