Job Description

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all types of air‑conditioning units.
• Test and inspect systems to identify issues and ensure proper operation.
• Perform preventive maintenance, cleaning, and adjustments.
• Document work performed and prepare service reports.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and generate needed work orders.
• Review plans/blueprints and prepare necessary tools and materials.
• Conduct site inspections and compute required A/C capacity.
• Maintain tools, follow safety standards, and keep work areas clean.
• Handle client properties professionally and work with minimal supervision.
• Follow work schedules, render overtime when needed, and maintain proper uniform.
• Promote and offer service contracts to clients to help establish long‑term relationships.
• Perform other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in aircon installation, maintenance, or cleaning is an advantage.
