Job summary

Qualiserv Philippines, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing professional in Batangas. The role focuses on lead generation, multi-channel campaigns, and visiting prospects to promote products and services.

You'll build strong client relationships, manage sales documents, assist delivery at PEZA facilities, and report sales performance. Fluency in Filipino and English and at least two years in sales/marketing are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales and Marketing, or related field.
• Available to work full-time.
• Proficient in Filipino and English, with good written and verbal communication skills.
• At least two years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
• Experience working in a PEZA-registered company is required.
• Knowledgeable in marketing principles, retail operations, sales processes, and sales dynamics.
• Willing to work at FPIP, Sto. Tomas, Batangas.
• Physically fit and in good health.

Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to potential clients via cold calling, emails, and other lead generation techniques.
• Execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms, social media, email, and other channels.
• Visit prospect customers, discuss company profile, and promote the company’s products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Communicate with current customers; maintain regular visits and emails, understanding needs and opportunities.
• Prepare Sales Invoice, Delivery Receipts, and other documents; assist with PEZA and BOC deliveries.
• Notify the customer before delivery and ensure on-time delivery.
• Keep and file sales-related documents.
• Report to the supervisor on marketing and sales concerns.
• Collaborate with colleagues and provide support as needed.
• Track and report customer sales performance and inventories.
• Perform any other tasks related to the position.

Job description

1. Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling, sending emails, and other lead generation techniques.

2. Execute marketing campaigns across various channels including digital platforms, social media, email, and other marketing channels.

3. Visit prospect customers, discuss company profile, and promote the company’s products and services.

4. Build and maintain strong relationship with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

5. Communicate with current customers. Maintain good relationships by making regular visits and emails, understanding their needs, and anticipating new sales opportunities.

6. Preparing Sales Invoice, Delivery Receipts, and other documents as necessary. Assist delivery procedure (PEZA and BOC).

7. Notify the customer before delivery. Making sure that the items were delivered on the agreed time and day.

8. Keeping and filing of sales related documents (except Invoice and DR).

9. Report directly to Sir Oda all marketing and sales concerns.

10. Work closely with other employees, act as support if necessary.

11. Regularly track and report customer sales performance and inventories.

12. All other tasks related to this position, or those that may be assigned by the company.

Other Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales and Marketing, or any related field.

• Must be available to work full-time.

• Proficient in both Filipino and English, with good written and verbal communication skills.

• At least two (2) years of experience in Sales and Marketing.

• Experience working in a PEZA-registered company is required.

• Knowledgeable in marketing principles, retail operations, sales processes, and sales dynamics.

• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and achieve goals.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Willing to work at FPIP, Sto. Tomas, Batangas.

• Must be physically fit and in good health.
