Responsibilities

• Performs real time monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and tracking of metrics to ensure service delivery of each unit.
• Conduct regular audit of procedures & processes to identify areas of improvement and ensure adherence to compliance standards and targets.
• Create and prepare performance reports and monitoring to efficiently track compliance to deliverables, projects as well as resolution of findings/gaps.
• Regularly gather data on process performance to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare, recommend, and implement process improvements and quality control procedures to enhance service delivery and minimize errors. Collaborate with Sales, Sales Services & Control, and Marketing Units for its implementation.
• Monitor status of process improvements and projects to ensure its success and completion.
• Collaborate with other units (IT, HR, Finance) to procure necessary supplies/support/training necessary to implement process improvement activities.
• Prepare and conduct trainings for external shareholders (Loan consultants) to ensure quality and uniformity of knowledge and directions.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Capable of developing solutions to address process gaps and service issues.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Willing to go on field work.
• Perform such other task as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications
