• Process‑oriented and technology‑inclined, organized, and can work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Can communicate confidentially both written and verbally and is able to liaise with all departments and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Handling, updating, and assisting with day‑to‑day loan consultant concerns/queries.
• Assisting marketing assistants/BMs on pre‑screening documents/requirements submitted by loan consultants.
• Boost sales engagement of assigned loan consultants per branch on delivering new/renewal accounts.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new loan consultants.
• Escalate concerns, complaints, and other issues being encountered to the immediate supervisor for quick resolution.
• Assist/execute programs implemented by the Trade Marketing Department.
• Willing to be trained in Ortigas, Pasig City, for two (2) days.
