Qualifications

• Candidate must be SHS graduate or college undergrad / bachelor degree in any field, preferably business-oriented.

• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Process all aftersales requests of customers.
• Fulfill end-to-end resolution of customer complaints and reports.
• Keep documentation of all service and aftersales transactions.
• Ensure all transactions are resolved within SLA.
• Assist in achieving store targets across Postpaid, Business, Broadband, Prepaid and Lifestyle sales.
• Execute in-store programs to achieve sales targets.
