Job summary

Agro Trade Integrated Ventures Corp is seeking two Sales Representatives to drive sales of animal feeds in South Luzon and North Luzon. You will manage relationships with existing accounts and expand the distributor network for Hagibis and Goldmix feeds.

The role offers a company service vehicle, meal allowances, overnight lodging, and an attractive commission structure on top of basic pay and allowances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience in the animal feeds, veterinary, or agricultural nutrition industry is strongly preferred.
• Must reside in or near the assigned target region (North Luzon or South Luzon).
• Valid driver’s license with ability to drive manual transmission vehicles for field operations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and territory management skills.

Job description

We are an in search for Sales Representatives (2) who will responsible for driving sales of animal feeds for SOUTH LUZON and NORTH LUZON. He/She will be responsible for managing relationships with existing accounts and grow our network of distributors of Hagibis and Goldmix line feeds of Agro Trade in the assigned region.

Company service vehicle provided for field work (manual shift vehicle). Meal allowance when on the field as well as overnight stay and food allowances are provided. Attractive monthly sales commission with realistic, achievable targets are given on top of basic monthly salaries and allowances
