Responsibilities

• Provide professional and personalized customer assistance, including product guidance and demonstrations
• Deliver accurate product information and support customer conversion and enrollment activities
• Ensure strict adherence to operational procedures, regulatory requirements, and data privacy standards
• Support daily store operations, including cleanliness, readiness, and compliance with company policies
• Assist in the execution of approved in-store programs and initiatives
• Maintain accurate inventory tracking, product organization, and merchandising standards
• Ensure proper handling of cash and other payment transactions
• Collaborate closely with team members to support business objectives and customer satisfaction
