Job summary

Ana's Breeders Farms, Inc. in Cavite, Philippines, is seeking a Brand Ambassador to deliver excellent service, meet store targets, and keep floor stock secure and well displayed according to planograms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• At least 2 years of proven outside selling, business development, or customer service experience.
• Driver's license is required and knowledge of how to drive.

About the role

Responsible for delivering excellent service, meeting stores targets, ensuring the floor inventory remains in good condition, secure, and full stock weight. Knowledgeable in hand holding process by assisting customer's requirements and processing the sales, collection, and merchandising. Represent the Company as a Brand Ambassador.

Key responsibilities

• Assess customer needs, provide product portfolio based on store demand and capacity, product presentation and feature comparisons with competitors
• Persuade customers to purchase and maximize orders through cross-selling and utilizing promotional programs
• Restock shelves, maintain accurate inventory, manage buffer stocks, and ensure product visibility and brand guidelines or Plan-O-Gram
• Monitor running sales offtake, avoid over stocking to prevent bad stocks or product expiration, and avoid out of stocks to prevent loss sales
• Coordinate with managers on business updates, identify issues and concerns, handle customer complaints, list down opportunities, and submit reports on time

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• At least 2 years of proven experience in outside selling, business development, or customer service
• Have a driver's license and know how to drive
