Qualifications

• At least 1 year of BPO or contact-center experience in sales, renewals, retention, or customer acquisition.
• Proven track record in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development.
• Strong English communication, listening, persuasion, and consultative questioning skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining disciplined sales activity records.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate qualified opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn research, data analysis, and market intelligence.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand business needs and pain points and connect product value to business outcomes.
• Maintain complete CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups, scheduling qualified meetings with Account Managers.

You’ll work at the front end of the sales cycle, connecting with prospects and existing customers to uncover where telecommunications solutions may solve a business need. Your day combines research, outbound outreach, discovery, follow-up, CRM discipline, and qualified meeting handoff.

What You’ll Do

Prospecting & Lead Generation

• Research and identify high-value prospect contacts and existing customers aligned with market targets.
• Generate qualified opportunities through outbound calls, targeted emails, LinkedIn research, data analysis, and market intelligence.
• Execute consistent outreach with focus on connection, qualification, and qualified meeting generation.

Consultative Discovery & Positioning

• Conduct discovery conversations to understand business needs, pain points, and decision timelines.
• Position telecommunications solutions in a customer-focused way that connects product capability to business value.
• Build credibility and relationships with prospects through professional, relevant communication.

Pipeline & CRM Management

• Maintain complete and accurate prospect, activity, and pipeline records in Salesforce.
• Follow up with prospects to keep qualified opportunities moving.
• Schedule qualified meetings with Account Managers and provide a clear handoff with relevant prospect context.

Must-Haves

• At least 1 year of BPO or contact-center experience in sales, renewals, retention, or customer acquisition.
