Job summary

Torres Tech is seeking an energetic Sales and Marketing professional to drive lead generation, present IT solutions, and close deals. The role focuses on identifying customer needs, promoting services, and maintaining strong client relationships.

You will coordinate with internal teams, prepare proposals, and participate in events and campaigns to grow the customer base. Candidate should have at least 1 year in Sales/Marketing, preferably in IT products/services, with ISO/process background a

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Marketing or Entrepreneurship.
• At least 1 year experience in Sales and Marketing preferably in IT products/services.
• Preferably with background in ISO / process flow / work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Source potential customer, including gathering contact information and addresses.
• Identify customer needs to ensure proper alignment of services and solutions.
• Negotiate with customers to finalize transactions and reach agreement on service terms and conditions.
• Set meetings with customers to discuss the scope of products and services.
• Create proposals and prepare presentations for prospective clients.
• Attend marketing and promotional events representing the company.
• Set up promotional booths during events and exhibitions.
• Execute email campaigns to promote company offerings.
• Conduct SMS/text campaigns to reach a wider customer base.
• Perform outbound calls to offer products and services and respond to customer inquiries.
• Build and maintain a customer database for future business opportunities.
• Follow up with customers regarding proposals and service inquiries.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal business units to ensure smooth coordination.
• Facilitate the issuance of NDAs to protect confidential information shared between clients and company.
• Maintain confidentiality of the documents, reports and sensitive data.
• Organize, update and securely store all related documents and data.
• Other work activities that may be assigned
