Responsibilities

• Achieves agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Presents, promotes and sells products, both print and digital, to existing and prospective clients.
• Establishes, builds and maintains positive business and client relationship
• Develops new account and sustains existing accounts
• Visits clients based on approved itinerary for follow-up, promotion of new products, and strengthening client relations.
• Expedites the resolution of client problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Coordinates sales effort with team members and other departments, e.g. Marketing, Product, IMD and CCD
• Initiates the conduct of book fairs
• Prepares and submits three-month itinerary and actual activities
• Submits textbook adoption form to immediate superior.
• Implements established marketing strategies within the assigned territory
• Analyzes the market potential of his/her area, tracks sales and status reports
• Provides management with reports on client needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time

Education

• Holder of any degree, preferably in fields related to education or publishing

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years related experience
