About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. As the face of SOFIA Aluminum Cabinet, you will assist clients in designing and achieving their dream spaces. You will handle inquiries, explain our premium materials, and close sales for high-end cabinetry projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist walk-in clients at the Dasmariñas showroom.
• Handle online inquiries and follow up with potential clients professionally.
• Educate clients on our premium product lines (e.g., Modern Aluminum, Eucalyptus Solid Multilayered Wood, Quartz, and Sintered Stone countertops).
• Prepare accurate project quotations based on client measurements and layout requirements.
• Coordinate with the design and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Sales, Customer Service, or a related field.
• Background in real estate, interior design, furniture, or construction sales is a huge plus!
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to easily learn and explain technical product features to clients.
• Computer literate (knowledgeable in MS Office / Google Workspace for preparing quotations).
• Confident, presentable, and has a highly professional work ethic.
