Job summary

RIDDHI and ZARANA ENTERPRISES INC in Cebu seeks a sales professional to identify new business opportunities, promote company products to clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

You will conduct customer visits, present products, understand client needs, prepare quotations, and follow up on inquiries and orders to meet targets, coordinating with Sales and Marketing teams for excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities and potential customers.
• Present and promote company products and services to clients.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and sales calls.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Prepare quotations, sales reports, and other required documents.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, orders, and customer concerns.
• Meet assigned sales targets and objectives.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, and other departments to ensure proper customer service.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager.
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned.
