Sales Recruitment Specialist is responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment of skilled sales professionals, including mass hiring, by sourcing, screening, assessing, and engaging candidates while partnering with hiring managers and tracking recruitment performance.

• Familiarity with job portals, social media platforms, and professional networking sites, such as SEEK/JobStreet, JobsDB, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

• Hands-on experience managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing, selection, and onboarding, using a variety of interview techniques.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.

• Goal-oriented, positive, and proactive, with a strong sense of accountability, ownership, adaptability, and commitment to teamwork.
