Job summary

BPI MS Insurance Corporation is seeking aMarketing Promotions Assistant to support sales incentives, promos, PR and advertising across distribution channels. You will generate quotations and prepare reports using standard systems, with emphasis on accuracy and timely delivery.

The role requires a college degree in Marketing or Business, solid Excel skills, and 1–2 years of relevant experience in non-life insurance or corporate sales support.

Qualifications

• College graduate preferably Business or Marketing related course
• Very good oral and written communication skills, and interpersonal
• Possess good analytical, presentation and leadership skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas and data analysis
• Preferably with background as Sales Assistant handling Corporate Accounts or Retail Sales
• Preferably with background in Non-Life Insurance Products
• Experience in non-life insurance products is essential
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience required

Responsibilities

• Assists in handling marketing programs and strategies for specific sales channels.
• Implements and monitors incentive programs using Polisy/Asia and Power Olap reports.
• Conducts presentations and briefings of incentive programs.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of incentive programs.
• Coordinates with internal and external groups for corporate communication and advertising.
• Formulates campaigns for PR, corporate communications, and advertising requirements.
• Prepares documents for approvals of marketing and sales promotions.
• Ensures adherence to service standards and regulatory procedures.
