Responsibilities

• Monitor and observe industry market conditions such as growth, market share, market trends as well as threats and opportunities.
• Assist in developing marketing plans and strategies, product positioning, targeting communications, and messaging for different brands or products that the company carries and ensure its effective implementation.
• Conduct market research to find answers about customers\' requirements, habits, and trends.
• Implement and maintain an effective marketing awareness program for the company.
• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
• Establish goals and objectives in order to reach our customers through appropriate marketing channels (digital and traditional).
• Assist in creating marketing materials that generate awareness of special sales campaigns/promotions, loyalty offers to existing customers in coordination with the Marketing programs.
• Assist and execute wide marketing campaigns/promotions on different levels of customers in coordination with Marketing programs.
• Conduct customer visits, gather feedback, and come up with any possible improvements that will address the concerns gathered.
• Assist in outbound and inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development, optimization, advertising, event planning, and others).
• Promoting brand awareness through marketing efforts.
• Supporting the marketing team with marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas, including optimization, advertising, social media, direct marketing, and event planning.
• Assist with all internal and external marketing campaigns, producing content for projects and initiatives to enhance lead generation.
• Coordinate and work with the Marketing Team to come up with new marketing and branding strategies to attract new customers and penetrate untapped markets.
• Perform other related functions assigned by the superior from time to time.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS degree in Marketing Management.
• A minimum of 3 years of work experience in a Marketing job, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Experience in product launches and marketing campaigns, excellent communications and presentation skills.
• Experience in planning and leading initiatives, well versed in marketing concepts, innovative, resourceful, proactive, and result-oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• With a positive attitude and can interact at different levels in the organization.
• Willing to be assigned in Laguna St., Sta. Cruz, Manila.
