About the role

Responsible for supporting the Account Officer in servicing the Broker Accounts to ensure strong business relationships and sustained revenue. The Marketing Assistant will provide administrative, marketing, and coordination support to the Account Officer.

What we're looking for

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in a marketing role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and organizational skills to assist the Account Officers in managing Broker Accounts

• Solid understanding of non-life insurance products is highly desirable
• Knowledge of insurance processes including policy insurance, endorsements, and claim handling
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
