Job summary

BPO International in Manila is seeking a Marketing Assistant to provide administrative, marketing and coordination support to the Product Management Group. You will assist in planning and executing marketing programs, product launches, and market research activities.

You will maintain product information, prepare reports, and coordinate with internal departments and external partners to help achieve business objectives. Strong MS Office skills and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Preferably with marketing, product management, sales support, or administrative experience.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and implementation of marketing activities and product promotions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support product management initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain product databases, pricing information, sales reports, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers, sales teams, and other departments regarding product-related concerns and requirements.
• Assist in the development and distribution of marketing collaterals, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Monitor and consolidate sales performance and marketing activity reports.
• Support product launches, trade events, product demonstrations, and other marketing activities.
• Maintain organized records of product specifications, marketing documents, and contracts.
• Respond to inquiries and provide administrative support to the Product Management Team.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management from time to time.
