Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Process Manager to bridge strategy and daily operations, ensuring efficient, consistent, and scalable workflows. You will act as SME on assigned processes, maintain documentation, and ensure quality through audits and process support.

You will lead new process design and ongoing improvements, analyze bottlenecks, train colleagues, and collaborate with IT, Finance, Sales, and Operations to align processes with business goals.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in process management, business analysis, or operational excellence roles.
• Expert knowledge of process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio or any AI tool for process documentation.
• Strong PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, redundancies or risks and design processes that add value and align with strategic goals.
• Facilitate adoption of new processes by conducting workshops, training colleagues, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Provide expertise and support on process concerns and maintain documentation for audits and compliance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, eliminate waste, and improve service quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Sales, Operations) for process alignment and onboarding new team members.
