Unilab, Inc. in Metro Manila, Philippines, seeks an analytics professional to drive performance measurement and deliver data-driven insights. You will design and implement tools and dashboards to support strategic decisions and initiatives across Areas, Customers, and Business Units.

You will lead data-driven projects, manage stakeholders, validate data, and translate complex results into actionable recommendations for leadership and operations teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–6 years in analytics and/or project management.
• Tableau experience for data visualization and dashboards.
• Strong data mining with large data sets.
• Experience in Sales/Market Analytics preferred.
• MIS, data management and reporting knowledge.

• Manage and maintain Performance and Job Recognition scorecards for assigned Areas, Customers, and Business Units, ensuring compliance with approved Key Result Areas (KRAs), performance measures, and guidelines.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of analytical tools and business analysis projects to address business needs.
• Analyze business data and generate reports and actionable insights to support informed decision-making.
• Oversee project execution and deliverables to ensure the timely and effective implementation of analytical solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align business requirements, coordinate initiatives, and deliver effective analytical solutions.
• Plan and coordinate project activities to ensure the efficient development and delivery of customized analytical tools and reports.
• Facilitate data alignment and validation across Unilab's information sources and support the evaluation and accreditation of new datasets for integration into corporate reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or other related management courses.
• At least 3-6 years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of one (1) year in Analytics and/or Project Management.
• Knowledge of Tableau, preferably with hands‑on experience in data visualization and dashboard development.
• Strong data mining skills, with experience handling complex, data‑driven assignments and navigating large datasets and data structures.
• Experience in Sales and Market Analytics, preferably in the Sales and Distribution or Retail industry.
• Working knowledge of Management Information Systems (MIS), data management, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into meaningful reports, actionable insights, and business recommendations.
• Experience in managing projects, particularly in the development and implementation of analytical tools, information systems, and reporting solutions.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative research and analytical skills to support strategic planning and business decision‑making.
• Ability to interpret industry and market trends, evaluate business performance, and understand the relationships among product categories and sales channels.
• Proficiency in developing analytical tools, dashboards, reports, and scorecards to monitor business performance and support decision‑making.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present project proposals and recommendations effectively and gain stakeholder buy‑in.
