Job summary

Maya Bank is seeking a Lending Analyst to apply analytical and statistical skills to manage data and solve complex business problems. You will help leverage data to drive recommendations and solutions aligning with business targets across Maya’s ecosystem.

Responsibilities include end-to-end data analytics, portfolio performance evaluation, and delivering management reports. The role requires 1+ year in data analysis, proficiency in R/Python/SQL, and familiarity with Tableau or similar tools.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of BS Math/Statistics/Data Science or related programs.
• With at least 1 yr of experience in data analysis and reporting.
• General Awareness in Financial Management and Lending Business.
• Ability to identify, analyze and assess risks.
• Ability to drive initiatives and projects end to end.
• Advanced knowledge in statistical tools and techniques.
• Proficient in R, Python, NumPy, MATLAB and SQL.
• Tableau or similar data visualization software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Use data analytics techniques to address business problems and evaluate portfolio performance.
• Interpret data and provide insights to identify opportunities for bank customers.
• Leverage 360 customer views to drive data-driven decisions from acquisition to engagement and retention.
• Derive insights on customer behavior using wallet and bank data across Maya ecosystem.
• End-to-end lifecycle of data analytics: problem identification, design, implementation, data gathering, analysis, visualization, storytelling.
• Deliver high-quality and accurate results for management reports and analytics.
• Monitor and deliver Test and Learn Reports.
• Coordinate with IDEA for dashboard requirements.
• Assist business leads in managing the lending portfolio.
