Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is recruiting a Customer Sales and Service Associate to support branches in Tarlac City and nearby areas, including Cabanatuan, Gapan, Paniqui and San Jose. The role handles routine financial and non-financial transactions with accuracy and courtesy, while promoting service excellence.

As CSSA, you will perform deposits, withdrawals, bills payments, and fund transfers, open accounts, conduct KYC, and cross-sell banking products.

Responsibilities

• Transaction processing: over-the-counter deposits, withdrawals, bills payments and transfers.
• Process auxiliary transactions: forex, manager's checks, remittance, debit card requests, bank statements, etc.
• Maintain cash availability and end-of-day balancing of own transactions.
• Open new accounts and ensure unique customer RM record usage.
• Conduct KYC and explain terms to customers.
• Cross-sell bank products and services to customers.
