Job summary

BANK OF THE PHILIPPINE ISLANDS is hiring a Customer Sales and Service Associate (CSSA) to handle financial and non-financial transactions across branches including Rosales. The CSSA delivers fast, accurate banking services and explains terms to customers.

You will process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, fund transfers, and account openings, while proactively updating customer records, performing KYC, and cross-selling bank products to meet branch targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling customer transactions and banking services.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products and services.
• Familiarity with KYC and account opening procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process over-the-counter transactions, deposits and withdrawals.
• Process bills payments, fund transfers and account opening.
• Maintain cash levels and balance end-of-day transactions.
• Conduct KYC and explain terms and conditions to customers.
• Safeguard passwords and perform transaction monitoring as required.
• Support sales targets through cross-selling and customer engagement.
• Ensure proper filing and document handling for customer records.
