Responsibilities

• Transaction Processing: over-the-counter cash and check deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and transfers.
• Auxiliary transactions: Forex, manager’s checks, remittance, debit card and checkbook requests, and more.
• Maintain cash supplies, end-of-day balancing, and safeguard accountable forms.
• Open accounts and ensure only one RM record per customer.
• Conduct KYC and explain terms to customers; update and file documents.
• Maintain security, safeguard data, and assist customers with digital channels.
