Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking a Customer Sales and Service Associate to support daily branch operations across Urdaneta, Dagupan, San Carlos, Mangaldan, Alaminos, Calasiao and Rosales. The role focuses on delivering fast, accurate transactions and superior customer experience at multiple branches.

You will handle deposits, withdrawals, account openings, KYC, and cross-sell BPI products while maintaining compliance and high security standards.

• Transaction Processing – Provides fast and accurate over-the-counter banking transactions including cash deposits, withdrawals, check payments, bills payments, and other miscellaneous transactions.
• Fund transfers, account opening, and file maintenance as part of customer service.
• Cross-sell bank products and services to customers during service interactions.
• Maintain branch operations, security, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct KYC and ensure documents are complete and properly filed.
