Bank of the Philippine Islands is seeking a Customer Sales and Service Associate (CSSA) to handle financial and non-financial customer transactions. You’ll process deposits, withdrawals, check payments, bills payments, funds transfers and account opening, while promoting BPI products and services to customers.

You will also support end-of-day balancing, maintain cash within limits, ensure proper documentation, and contribute to branch sales targets through cross-selling and guidance of customers

Competenze

• Experience with cash handling and customer service.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products and services.

Mansioni

• Transaction Processing – processes cash and non-cash banking transactions accurately.
• End-of-day balancing of own transactions and accountability forms.
• KYC duties – verifies customer documents and updates records as required.
• On-boards clients to digital channels and promotes online banking usage.
