Job summary

Aboitiz Foods is seeking a Sales Operations Optimization Supervisor to drive performance across Agribusiness teams in the Philippines. The role partners with Feeds Sales, Marketing, NITR, QM, and external partners to collect and analyze performance data, and to lead optimization initiatives.

You will develop training programs, manage instructional design, and ensure alignment with corporate goals and culture while traveling as needed for training and business development.

Qualifications

• Strong data-analysis capability to drive performance improvements.
• Experience in training & development and curriculum design.
• Familiarity with e-learning tools and digital training platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze performance data across Agribusiness operations.
• Implement training programs and optimization initiatives.
