Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive performance optimization across Agribusiness Philippines.
• Serve as liaison between Feeds Sales, Marketing, NITR, QM and external partners.
• Collect and analyze performance data to inform training programs.
• Develop and implement optimization initiatives aligned with corporate goals.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure training effectiveness and adoption.
