Job summary

Pinnacle Intelligence is seeking a Sales Operations Lead to steer our BDC team from Alabang (On-site), Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. You will drive day-to-day operations, coach agents, and ensure appointment targets are met for dealership clients.

This hands-on role combines sales and operations, leveraging CRM/DMS tools and data insights to optimize processes and improve conversions in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a BDC or sales operations role within a BPO or call center.
• 1-2 years in a team lead or supervisory capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive dealership operations and BDC processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of BDC Agents to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and appointment targets.
• Oversee the efficiency of BDC processes, including lead management, outbound campaigns, and customer follow-up.
• Monitor real-time performance metrics and address deviations to optimize productivity.
