Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Senior Data Analytics Lead in Metro Manila to transform data into actionable business insights. You will guide a pool of analysts, develop data models, dashboards, and governance standards, and partner with sales and operations leaders to drive strategic decisions.

You will lead analytics initiatives, explore AI-driven tools, and mentor teams to enhance data literacy and business impact while maintaining high-quality deliverables across programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data management and governance delivering actionable insights
• Experience collaborating across all levels, functions and countries
• Proficiency in BI/analytics (Power BI, Snowflake), Excel and data tools; Python/SQL/DAX

Responsibilities

• Act as data analytics champion and business partner across sales, operations, and leadership
• Design, build, maintain data models, reports, dashboards and KPIs
• Ensure data accuracy and timely deliverables
• Lead and grow a team of analysts
• Explore AI-driven analytics and automation
• Plan team engagement and retention strategies
• Manage analyst capacity across programs and stakeholders
