• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets with pivot tables and lookups.

• Strong analytical, detail-oriented and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales operations data, reports, dashboards, and sales performance tracking.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering revenue, targets, pipeline, forecast by market and sales rep.
• Consolidate and validate sales data from multiple sources for accuracy.
• Monitor performance against targets and highlight gaps, risks, and opportunities.
• Coordinate forecasting process and ensure timely submission of forecasts.
• Review contract information, pricing, renewal terms, and billing readiness.
• Provide visibility on forecast vs actual revenue and variances.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and business reports.
