Job summary

WIZ.AI provides enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions to enhance customer experience. The Sales Operations role supports the Sales team with data, forecasting, contracts, and revenue reporting across markets, coordinating with Finance, AEM, and other teams.

The candidate will manage dashboards, prepare reports, validate data, and monitor pipeline, renewals, churn, and revenue variance. Strong Excel and CRM experience (HubSpot/Salesforce) are required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Administration, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills including Pivot Tables, lookups, formulas, and data analysis.
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and reconciling information across multiple sources.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of sales processes, forecasting, revenue, contracts, and billing is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain sales operations data, reports, dashboards, and sales performance tracking.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports covering revenue, target achievement, pipeline, forecast, and performance by market and sales representative.
  • Consolidate and validate sales data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and highlight key gaps, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support management with ad-hoc analysis and business reports.
  • Coordinate the sales forecasting process and ensure timely submission of monthly and quarterly forecasts.
  • Review forecast inputs and follow up with Sales Managers on discrepancies or missing information.
  • Track pipeline movement, new business, renewals, churn, and changes in expected revenue.
  • Provide visibility on forecast versus actual revenue and identify significant variances.
  • Coordinate contract-related processes, including contract status, renewals, amendments, approvals, and billing readiness.
  • Review contract information, pricing, effective dates, renewal terms, and supporting documents for operational accuracy.
  • Work closely with Finance to ensure revenue and billing information is aligned with signed agreements and usage data.
  • Monitor expired and upcoming-to-expire contracts and coordinate follow-up actions with Sales teams.
  • Support the preparation and validation of monthly/quarterly sales commission calculations.
  • Maintain sales target and incentive-related data.
  • Validate revenue allocation, sales ownership, and sales splits for commission purposes.
  • Support periodic sales performance reviews and planning activities.
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, AEM, and other stakeholders to resolve data and operational issues.
  • Follow up on outstanding approvals, billing requests, contract actions, and other sales-related tasks.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase operational efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Support sales meetings, business reviews, and planning sessions with accurate and timely data.

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations to support our Sales team and ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient sales operations across multiple markets.

This role will work closely with Sales, Finance, AEM, and other cross-functional teams to manage sales data, forecasting, contracts, revenue reporting, performance tracking, and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain sales operations data, reports, dashboards, and sales performance tracking.
