Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• Prior experience as Sales Admin is a plus but fresh graduates are welcome apply.
• Must be highly organized and keen to details.
• Good communication skills (both in Verbal and Written).
• A good team player and approachable.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Department in different sales-related activities such as accreditation, assessment, bidding, billing, etc.
• Receive and process purchase orders.
• Verify orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
• Contact customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
• Maintain and updating sales and customer records.
• Compile monthly sales reports.
• Expedite orders through internal liaison.
• Direct feedback from customers to relevant departments.
• Support the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
• Other sales admin-related tasks as assigned.
