Job summary

RELX Inc. in the Philippines seeks an experienced REPH Coplogic Sales Manager to lead onsite sales teams, drive revenue achievement, and ensure effective day-to-day execution.

You will develop leaders, manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and collaborate across functions to meet business priorities and customer expectations. This role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations or equivalent.
• At least five years of sales leadership experience, including remote or multi-team management.
• Proven ability to develop frontline leaders and drive revenue, forecast accuracy, and pipeline health.
• Experience using CRM (Salesforce) to guide decisions and performance interventions.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline supervisors and team leads, setting objectives and operating rhythms.
• Drive revenue attainment, agency conversion, pipeline management, and productivity.
• Coach and develop sales leaders; manage coaching cadence and succession planning.
• Maintain pipeline visibility, accurate forecasting, and adherence to sales processes.
• Oversee governance of SOPs and adoption of sales tools and AI-enabled solutions.
• Partner with HR to plan staffing, onboarding, and workforce readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to resolve issues and align on priorities.
• Translate strategy into executable operating plans and lead growth initiatives.
