Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group in the Philippines seeks an Operations Manager to lead Silversea Consumer Sales and Trade Reservations’ day-to-day contact center operations. You will optimize processes, drive sales performance, and ensure quality, compliance, and KPI achievement across channels.

You’ll coach teams, collaborate with Sales Leadership and Workforce Management, and implement initiatives to boost guest and trade partner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum 5 years’ experience in related field.
• Leadership experience of at least 3 years in sales or service call center.
• COPC, Lean Six Sigma or PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily contact center operations and resource allocation.
• Drive sales targets, monitor conversion, revenue and productivity metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Quality, Training, and Workforce Management.
• Lead performance reviews and coaching to improve results.
• Identify risks and implement corrective action plans.
