Job summary

Dwightsteel Building Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive growth in the assigned territory. You will manage and expand the sales area, implement strategic sales and marketing plans, and oversee the performance of sales executives and plant operations.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, mentorship, and a proven ability to meet targets while ensuring compliance with SOPs and company policies. A competitive compensation package awaits in Cavite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of proven experience in industrial operations, production management, or specification-led sales within roofing or construction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship abilities.
• Proven ability to manage sales operations and lead a team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the assigned sales area to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to meet quota requirements.
• Oversee sales executives' performance and the daily operations of the plant.
• Provide guidance, support, and coaching to the sales team to ensure targets are met.
• Ensure proper implementation of company standard operating procedures.
• Enforce discipline and ensure strict compliance with company policies and regulations at all times.
