Job summary

Dwightsteel Building Systems, Inc. is seeking a talented Sales professional to identify and pursue new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with the technical team to deliver customized solutions.

The role focuses on growing revenue through effective bids, proposals, and market engagement. The ideal candidate has a degree in a relevant field, at least six months in selling building products, and strong negotiation and service skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Engineering or related business field.
Minimum 6 months selling experience in building products or construction materials.
Strong sales and customer service skills.
Skilled in negotiation and problem solving.
Valid driver's license and ability to operate motorcycle or car.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and offering technical solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with the technical team to provide product information and customized solutions.
Assist in preparing bids, proposals, and negotiations to secure new business.
Attend industry events and trade shows to monitor market trends and expand networks.
Support the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Submit regular sales progress reports to management.
