CitiHomes Builder and Development, Inc. is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Lipa City, Batangas. You will support the execution of sales plans, coordinate broker relationships, and help train the sales team to meet targets.

The role involves maintaining model homes, preparing daily sales reports, and ensuring branding at sales sites to drive revenue growth. Ideal candidates hold a BS in business or related field, with at least two years in real estate sales administration and excellent customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in sales administration in real estate.
• Strong customer relations skills and proactive in addressing customer needs.
• Willing to work in Lipa City, Batangas.

Responsibilities

• Support sales plans and campaigns to meet revenue targets.
• Coordinate campaigns and events such as exhibits, mall displays, open houses.
• Assist in branding efforts to attract brokers to the sales team.
• Conduct sales training and prepare daily transaction reports.
• Monitor site inventory and maintain model houses and sales sites.
