Job summary

Bermaz Auto Berhad (Mazda & XPeng) is seeking a senior Sales leader in Cebu City for a night shift, onsite role. You will partner with Sales Leadership to craft annual and quarterly sales plans, analyze pipeline health, win rates, and revenue trends, and administer CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of sales leadership experience, managerial sales operations and enablement skills, and are available to start at short notice.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of proven Sales leadership experience.
