Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, customer service, or a related position preferred.
• Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, distribution, or retail is an advantage.
• Knowledge of sales order processing and basic sales operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and accurate in handling data and documents.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Can coordinate effectively with different departments and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Receive, encode, and monitor customer orders and sales bookings.
• Verify sales orders for accuracy, completeness, pricing, quantities, and required delivery dates.
• Coordinate with Sales Representatives regarding order status and customer requirements.
• Monitor pending, confirmed, cancelled, and completed orders.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics regarding product availability, picking, dispatching, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Accounting/Finance regarding payment status, credit limits, invoices, and other account concerns.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and monitor sales performance versus targets.
• Maintain organized records of sales orders, invoices, delivery documents, customer communications, and other sales-related documents.
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries and concerns and follow up on pending orders and deliveries.
• Perform data entry and maintain sales databases or systems.
