Job summary

Sentinel Plastics Ltd in the Philippines seeks a Sales Coordinator to manage the administrative and operational backbone of our sales unit. You will process sales orders, schedule dispatches, and prepare quotations for the Proprietary Sales Group.

You will maintain supplier accreditation documents, assist bidding and stock transfers, visit retail stores to check inventory and merchandising displays, and relay weekly order updates to the Sales Executive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing, business administration, or related field.
• High attention to detail for compliance documents and accreditation records.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday.
• Work Location: Quezon City, Philippines.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks, orders, schedules and documents.
• Good communication skills with internal teams, customers and retail personnel.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders and schedule dispatches.
• Prepare official quotations for the Proprietary Sales Group.
• Maintain updated supplier accreditation documents.
• Support bidding and stock transfer activities.
• Conduct retail store visits to inspect inventory and merchandising displays.
• Send weekly order tracking and sales updates to the Sales Executive.
