Rippling, Inc. is seeking an Executive / Sales Assistant to act as a second brain for the Sales Manager. The role emphasizes organization, pipeline upkeep, calendar control, and meticulous follow-through across budgeting targets and quotes.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years in a personal assistant role, solid calendar management, and experience handling quotations and CRM records for sales support.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience with Capsule CRM or similar CRM.
• 2–3 years experience preparing quotations using price lists and quoting software.
• 2–3 years experience managing calendars and scheduling appointments.

Responsabilités

• Calendar management and scheduling for the executive.
• Keep track of all live jobs and follow up as needed.
• Manage emails and correspondence.
• Create/update quotes and submit for approval.
• Record keeping in CRM.
• Provide customer sales support via email and phone when needed.
