Atlassian in Manila is seeking a results-driven Sales Operations professional to join our lean Revenue Operations family. You’ll serve as the first responder on centralized tickets, identify bottlenecks, and architect scalable solutions across SSE and AM while aligning with Go-To-Market objectives.

You’ll translate data trends into actionable insights, deliver analytics to monitor SLAs and ticket volumes, and partner with cross-functional teams on process improvements and new initiatives.

• Ninja-like analysis skills: you know what questions to ask, what the data says, and what actions to take based on results.
• Strong ability to communicate data into relevant insight and lead executives through data deep-dives.
• Experience leveraging success plans to ensure goals are aligned from a business strategy perspective and success metrics are identified.

• Serve as the first responder on centralized tickets, resolving within SLAs and identifying automation opportunities.
• Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and architect scalable solutions across supporting groups.

• Support broader Shared Services initiatives, including account ticket management and cross-functional GTM projects.
