Job summary

Xerox Cebu City is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to support sales performance, reporting, and data-driven decision-making. You will work with CRM and ERP data to monitor forecasts, shipments, and inventory, and help drive revenue growth.

The role requires strong Excel skills, Power BI experience, and the ability to collaborate across Sales, Finance, and IT teams in a global environment. This is a full-time position based in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in IT, Finance, Sales Operations, reporting, or business analysis is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills required.
• Power BI experience is preferred.
• Experience in multicultural/global teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage Sales Operations reports, dashboards, calculations, and performance analysis.
• Analyze customer forecasts, historical shipment records, inventory levels, and shipment activity to identify demand trends.
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand demand changes and support revenue maximization.
• Support sales territory planning, coordination, and reporting.
• Prepare monthly sales cadence reports and ad hoc reporting requests for Sales Management.
• Track and analyze sales funnel activity, new wins, and new logos.
• Create, update, and manage reports and dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Perform data uploads and updates in D365/SFDC.
• Partner with CDM Key Users to ensure accurate reporting and data integrity.
• Support D365/SFDC Key Users with reporting activities that improve data accuracy.
• Assist with SEED Device Program coordination.
• Maintain the Sales Support internal site with updated reports, instructions, forms, and relevant resources.

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to support sales performance, reporting, customer demand analysis, and data-driven decision-making.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, improving processes, supporting sales teams, and using reporting tools to help drive revenue growth and operational accuracy.

The Team

You will be part of the Sales Operations team, working closely with Sales, Finance, Program Management, D365/SFDC Key Users, CDM Key Users, and other regional and global stakeholders.

The team supports sales reporting, CRM data integrity, demand analysis, funnel tracking, territory planning, and business insights that help Xerox maximize revenue with existing customers and improve sales execution.

How You Will Support the Business?

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for sales operations reporting, calculations, customer demand tracking, and sales performance analysis. You will help monitor forecasts, historical shipment activity, inventory levels, and sales trends to identify opportunities, risks, and changes in customer demand.

You will also support CRM data uploads, Power BI dashboards, internal sales support sites, and reporting activities across SAP, D365, Salesforce, and related business tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage Sales Operations reports, dashboards, calculations, and performance analysis.
• Analyze customer forecasts, historical shipment records, inventory levels, and shipment activity to identify demand trends.
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand demand changes and support revenue maximization.
• Support sales territory planning, coordination, and reporting.
• Prepare monthly sales cadence reports and ad hoc reporting requests for Sales Management.

• Experience in IT, Finance, Sales Operations, reporting, or business analysis is preferred.
